Purpose:
We have a system which handles the process of entering guests to night clubs.
We provide a solution for the party manager and the promoter mostly. The solution includes synchronized list of guests and table reservations.
Roles:
1. Party manager - opens the event on our web system, assigning users to the event and responsible to the whole process

2. Promoter - responsible to input the guests to the system, and mark them as arrived and waiting outside to the selector.

3. Selector - Stand at the club door and decide which one will get in. She inputs her decisions to the system

This is the major roles in our system
We have some less important roles:
1. hoster - responsible to the guests who ordered tables at the club. after they went in, she takes them to the table
2. discount man - responsible to give the guest a discount/free entrance if the promoter inputs that
